1. Eligibility for Returns

Since books are sensitive products and can be easily damaged, we only accept returns in the following cases:

You received the wrong book.

The book is damaged or defective on arrival.

The book has major printing or binding issues.

Note: Minor differences in cover design, paper color, or size due to printing variations are not considered defects.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the order.

The book must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order number and invoice) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

E-books or digital products.

Books purchased during clearance or sale.

Personalized or signed copies.

4. Return Process

Share order details and clear images/videos of the defective or wrong product.

Our team will verify and guide you on how to return the item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your replacement or refund.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or damaged product.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Damages During Transit

If your package is visibly damaged on arrival, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with pictures.
